WESTERN WILDFLOWERS

WESTERN WILDFLOWERS

Dear Travellers,

As Western Australia’s wildflower season approaches, we are grateful for the arrival of much-needed rain to usher in the native blooms.

WA’s wildflowers always begin in the north, so we have timed our Western Explorer Expedition to coincide with this vibrant spectacle, starting in Broome on July 17. We will explore Karijini and Kennedy Range National Parks, and search for the beautiful flowers and unique wildlife that inhabit these areas. Additionally, we will visit Mount Augustus, which rises 715 metres above the surrounding plains, and explore its site of Aboriginal engravings. Amidst the breathtaking scenery, we will seek out elusive wildlife and immerse ourselves in the untamed beauty of the outback.

The southern wildflower season occurs later in the year, from September to November. If you are a wildflower enthusiast, the South West region of WA is a botanical biodiversity hotspot that is not to be missed. There are still places available on our South West National Parks tour beginning in Perth on October 12. Join us today for a journey of discovery and delight amidst the splendor of WA’s botanical treasures.

Cheers
