Dear Travellers,
Western Australia’s spectacular wildflower season is about to spring into life, and just in time! Coates is finally returning to the bush where we belong.
Exploring the great outdoors always refreshes our minds and boosts positivity, so we look forward to getting back out there amongst the wilderness, wildlife, and wildflowers.
We are extremely fortunate in Western Australia to have such beautiful landscapes on our doorstep. To the north are tropical ranges and the coral coast, as well as WA’s magnificent wildflower country. Inland we find the golden outback and red desert soils, which reflect our unique gold mining history. To the south, we have the cooler regions, home to incredible botanical diversity, ancient towering forests, stunning rugged coastlines, and delightful food and wine.
As most of us don’t have the option to travel outside WA for the time being, now is the perfect time to journey into our “backyard” and explore the many natural wonders that make this state so extraordinary. You will be treated to the magic of WA’s wildflower season; vibrant colours, enchanting scents, outstanding diversity, and carpets of colour. Kalbarri National Park’s brand new skywalk is now also open, offering breathtaking views of the park and the Murchison River Gorge (pictured above).
