Dear Travellers,
Happy Easter! I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy, and being inside has not dulled your spirit of adventure.
We have said it before, but we genuinely thank you for your support and understanding, over the years and during this challenging time.
I know we can’t take you on any adventures for the time being, but we are all working hard to ensure that Coates will be around for many more years to come.
We are taking this downtime to focus on 2021 and beyond, and are designing new tours and updating our itineraries to bring you even more wildlife experiences.
Being forced to stay home, I have become more aware of my immediate surroundings. As I am writing to you our resident New Holland honeyeaters are feeding on the nectar of our grevillea, reminding me how much nature there is right here in our back yard.
Nature and being among things that grow is good for the soul, so spend time this Easter enjoying your local park and garden plants and wildlife. Backyard birdwatching is a great pastime, and we often overlook the wildlife that exists right under our noses, so get into the fresh air where you can and enjoy!
I will let you know as soon as the 2021 tours are available on our website. You can also join our online community where we will be posting interesting clips and articles about wildlife, wildflowers, new destinations and more! So if you are on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, please follow us by clicking on the icons below and feel free to engage with us on our posts.
You can also give us a call; we would love to hear from you, have a chat and let us know how you are getting on.
Please stay safe, so we can see each other out there again soon.
Regards
Tom Grove
